I am pleased to say that my trial of bringing a DIY table to markets has proven to be a great interest in the community! I am so happy to be able to share my craft with children and adults, watching people take a moment out of their day to create something long lasting with glass.
If you are curious about the DIY table, it goes a little something like this.
- Choose your base- I bring a variety of pieces from pendant size to 4.5 inch square.
- Search, glue, and place- Search through the curls, dots, and abstract pieces of glass. Dab the piece in glue and place it on your base.
- Make anything you’d like!- Cats, dogs, sailboats, butterflies, mosaic designs, anything!
- Once your artwork is complete, I bring it to my kiln to be fired and returned the following week!
